At New Windsor Pediatrics and Family Care we are proud to provide ultrasound imaging in the office for our patients. This will allow us to better care for our patients and families with the highest quality of care possible.
An ultrasound is a noninvasive diagnostic procedure used to assess soft tissue structures such as muscles, blood vessels and organs. Examples of such ultrasounds that we do include:
Abdominal, Kidney, Bladder, Pelvic, Thyroid, Muscle, Soft tissue and much more.
An ultrasound can help with the diagnosis of multiple conditions related to your tissues or organs. They can also evaluate the status of a patient’s bones. Doctors use ultrasounds to diagnose conditions such as: Cysts, Uterine Fibroids, Thyroid nodules, Gallstones, Abnormal enlargement of the spleen, abnormal growths in the liver of pancreas, Fatty liver disease, kidney disease, and much more.
